Raimonda is an experienced management systems and cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in the design, implementation, maintenance, and auditing of management systems. Her broad professional background encompasses quality management (ISO 9001), information security management (ISO/IEC 27001), IT service management (ITIL), risk management, regulatory compliance, vulnerability and incident management, third-party security risk management, and data protection across both the public and private sectors. Raimonda holds three Professional Master’s degrees in Cybersecurity Engineering, Total Quality Management, and Socio-Technical Systems Modelling. She combines extensive practical expertise in management systems with a structured, risk-based approach to governance, accountability, compliance, and continual improvement. This multidisciplinary experience provides a solid foundation for understanding AI governance and the establishment and implementation of AI management systems in accordance with ISO/IEC 42001, with particular emphasis on integrating AI-related risks, controls, and responsibilities into organizational management processes.
